By using our website and services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to engage with our services. ATX Pickle Academy offers private and group lessons, clinics, and pickleball training services in Austin, TX.

Booking & Cancellations

Booking Lessons

To book pickleball lessons in Austin, TX, customers must provide the required details, including preferred date, time, and lesson type. All bookings are subject to availability. You will receive a confirmation email once your lesson is confirmed.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. To cancel or reschedule a private pickleball lesson or clinic, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Payment Terms

Payment for Services

All lessons, clinics, and services must be paid in full before the lesson begins. Payments can be made via credit card or other methods accepted by ATX Pickle Academy.

Refunds

Refunds will only be provided if services are canceled with at least 24 hours' notice. No refunds will be issued for lessons that are missed, canceled, or rescheduled without sufficient notice.

Liability & Assumption of Risk

By engaging in any lessons or activities with ATX Pickle Academy, you acknowledge that pickleball is an active sport with inherent risks. Participants assume full responsibility for any injury or harm that may occur during lessons or activities. ATX Pickle Academy is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other incidents arising from participation in our services.

Code of Conduct

We ask all participants to behave in a respectful manner during their time at ATX Pickle Academy. This includes respecting instructors, fellow players, and the facilities. Disruptive behavior or failure to follow instructions may result in suspension or termination of lessons.

Privacy & Data Protection
